How long does delivery take?
Most orders start within 0-30 minutes. Delivery speed depends on the service chosen. Budget services may take longer while Premium services are faster. You can track your order status in the Orders page.
Is it safe for my account?
Yes! All our services are designed to be safe. We use gradual delivery to make growth look natural. However we recommend not ordering too many followers at once on a brand new account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paystack which supports: Debit Cards (Verve, Mastercard, Visa), Bank Transfer, USSD, and Bank Accounts. All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
My order is stuck on Pending, what do I do?
If your order has been pending for more than 1 hour, please contact our WhatsApp support immediately at +2348078011003. Do not place the same order twice.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available if your order was not delivered. Contact us on WhatsApp at +2348078011003 with your Order ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
What is the difference between Budget, Standard and Premium services?
Budget services use mixed/bot accounts and are cheapest but may drop over time. Standard services use better quality accounts. Premium services use real-looking accounts with refill guarantee - best for long term growth.
What does Refill mean?
Refill means if your followers/likes drop after delivery, we will top them back up for free within the refill period (30, 60, 90 or 365 days depending on the service).
Can I order for someone else account?
Yes! You just need their public profile link or post URL. The account does NOT need to be public for all services - check the service description.
How do I add money to my account?
Click "Add Funds" in your dashboard, enter the amount in Naira, then complete payment via Paystack using your card or bank transfer. Funds are added instantly after payment.
What if I ordered wrong link?
If your order has not started yet, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +2348078011003 with your Order ID. Once an order starts we cannot change the link.
